Book Description
Mia Hutchinson, Tara and Ford's daughter from THE SWEETEST THING , has asked her college boyfriend , Nick, to travel to Lucky Harbor for her aunt Maddie's Christmas Eve wedding.
Despondent when Nick refuses her invitation, Mia returns home alone and faces her high school sweetheart Carlos Rodriguez for the first time since refusing his marriage proposal. Only to find that he is happily dating someone else.
With love and holiday spirit everywhere, Mia wonders who will kiss her this Christmas under the mistletoe.

My Thoughts:
This one was an ok book. Mia wants to be first in a relationship. She wants to be chosen. When her boyfriend, Nick, doesn't have the greatest reaction to her request to go home with her for Christmas, Mia is heartbroken.
I liked that the author showed an ex who still cared but was completely in love with someone else. Nick was a good guy, just not good with relationships. Mia's family rallies around her but they aren't horrible to Nick. He does his share of stupid stuff but his heart is good. It really was a good story, I just didn't connect to the characters and how it all happened. I do plan to read more of the Luck Harbor books!
It was a 3/5 for me. A quick, cute Christmas read.
