My Thoughts:
I completely enjoyed this book. Ash Zinders is in charge of the Secret Service protecting the Vice President's unruly daughter. The one thing he never wanted on his team was a woman and yet the thing he is having to contend with is Agent Megan Connors. Megan has proven herself as an agent and resents A2Z's distaste for women on his team. Lindsay has her demons to face and isn't sure who she can trust. The team and everyone around her remote prison are in danger no matter what she chooses!
I loved the characters. Ash & Megan were the perfect competitive match. The old ranch hand and his son are wonderful. Everyone being a suspect is great, there is no one who is above their scrutiny. Several twists and turns. You feel all the emotions of the characters and stay engrossed in their world to the end!
I rate this a 5/5. I can't wait for another book from this author!
