Description
ANYTHING FOR HER CHILD
After someone attempts to abduct her daughter, single mom Zoe Collier flees to a remote ranch for safety. But when the would-be kidnappers follow them to Wrangler's Corner, Zoe must figure out why somebody wants Sophia. Local vet Aaron Starke is determined to help Zoe investigate—and to keep his intriguing new neighbors safe. Zoe's used to relying on her own wits to survive. But quick-witted, caring Aaron is just the type of man she needs in her corner. And he might be her partner for keeps…if they can find the truth without losing their lives.
Wrangler's Corner: Family comes first
My Thoughts:
This one got to me. Zoe tries to take her daughter disappear after someone tries to kidnap her daughter. She lands on this little farm and thinks it is the perfect setup. She even has a vet that comes out every day to help her with the animals. Aaron is intrigued by Zoe and attracted to her but she isn't too receptive. He comes to her aid when she and her daughter need it most and now he is the one she trusts to help her keep her daughter safe. But will she trust him with her heart?
I loved Zoe and how protective and strong she is. Though their attraction is mutual, both Zoe and Aaron each have reasons to fight it. Their faith is tested. Sophia is a sweetheart and I fell in love with her. I loved how good Aaron was with her without even trying. The rest of the characters in the book were well developed and I did figure out who the bad guy was before the end but it wasn't a let down!
I rate this a 5/5. I plan to read the rest in this series!
