My Thoughts:

This was a good one!  Gwen is a good forensic artist and is in demand.  This is in the Gwen Marcey series but can be read as a stand alone. I loved that Gwen wasn't the typical young, vivacious leading lady.  While she had plenty of attitude, she is a middle age woman who beat cancer, has her issues, an ex, a teenager with an attitude and a mystery (or two) to solve. 
When she gets to her newest mystery, she finds out that they really don't want her there.  Not only that, but there is a lot going on that no one wants to connect or even acknowledge.  There was plenty of mystery to pull you in and keep you guessing with twists and turns.  I had my 'suspects' narrowed down but I wasn't certain who 'done' it until the end. 

It was a 4/5 and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good mystery!
