Outlive Your Life You Were Made to Make a Difference by Max Lucado

Book Description
These are difficult days in our world's history. 1.75 billion people are desperately poor, natural disasters are gouging entire nations, and economic uncertainty still reigns across the globe. But you and I have been given an opportunity to make a big difference. What if we did? What if we rocked the world with hope? Infiltrated all corners with God's love and life? We are created by a great God to do great works. He invites us to outlive our lives, not just in heaven, but here on earth. Let's live our lives in such a way that the world will be glad we did.

My Thoughts:
This is an amazing book! Max Lucado takes you on a walk through the first few books of Acts as he talks about God and his path for every life. Each chapter starts with a story that relates to the verses he uses and the points he is making. The discussion questions at the back for classes or self study are an added bonus.
I read this book in record time. It was wonderfully written and made me stop and think. I loved how in one of the chapters he talked about how different people were called toward one thing or another. All the chapters honestly make you reflect on how you are living your life and what you want to do with it. God has a plan and we need to follow where he leads. This book made me want to do more and be more.
I rate this book 5/5. It is easy to follow and a wonderful book that will make you think and reflect on your life.
Thank you to Thomas Nelson for the review copy of this book. I received this book in exchange for an honest review and the opinions stated above are 100% mine.
