Of Swords and Dragons by Heather Renee

Of Swords and Dragons (Royal Fae Guardians, #0.5)Book Description:
Life as a guardian isn’t for the weak.

For the last few decades, I’ve been working alongside my two best friends Ryland and Oliver. We’re the top guardians in Arvayta, so it should have come as no surprise when we'er summoned to complete the deadliest of tasks.

Darkness has taken over the dragon territory and it’s up to the three of us to stop it. Only the fates haven’t given us much information to go off and we have no idea what we’re walking into when we enter the Otherworld.

There is no shortage of obstacles as we make our way through the treacherous landscapes, only to fall directly into the dragon’s lair. Except not everything is as I’ve always believed and there’s no room for second-guessing.

It’s time to slay some dragons.

My Thoughts:
I was so excited to get this novella and it absolutely didn't disappoint.  I already loved Jordan but this made her more just....wow.  I love the chicks aren't afraid to speak their mind and really are kick butt.  The world building was awesome and I was already in love with these characters but now I'm even more so.
It was just a great addition and stuff I NEEDED (ok not really but it felt like I did) to know.  So I absolutely recommend this book and the series.  Really, it's that good.

Thank you to the author for the review copy of this book.  I received this book in exchange for an honest review and the opinions stated above are 100% mine.
